Scope of works including all the utilities, Roads, Footpath and full Lanscape works with Furnitures 1. Road works including Earth filling and Cutting & all the layers with 15,000 squaremeter Asphalt works, 2. sewer networks arround 3.5 Km including 80 house connection and 48 Manholes 3) Storm water works with 3.8 Km network, 52 Inlets and Manholes and Geo modular Tanks 5 nos.4) water works with 225 HDPE line and all type of Chambers with fittigs 5) Irrigation netwoks including 4.2 Km pipe line and all type chambers and fittings 6) HVAC ntwork 1.8 km with all the chambers works 7) Telecom Network with JRC-12 and JRC-14 chambers 8) Fire Fighting works including 4.2 Km ntework and all type of chambers9) street light and Electrical works including suuply and installation of cable and Light poles and manholes 10. Lanscape works including Plantation of all type trees, Grass, Bushes, flower plants etc, Hardscape including 52,000 sm different type of tiles and 20 km Kerbstone and all type s of furnitures.
